But in a few short months, we will begin to see the deeper impact of continued blows to the Ukrainian way of life. Nature’s Sunshine Board of Directors have come together in solidarity to aid victims of the conflict by donating $20,500 to the Impact Foundation. Terrence Moorehead, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nature’s Sunshine, announced that Nature’s Sunshine will match the donations committed by the Board of Directors. Additionally, the Impact Foundation has committed $40,000 to Ukraine relief efforts to bring the total to $80,000. The Impact Foundation will provide direct relief and work closely with local and international organizations to provide relief for those living under-fire and those forced from their homes.
Mr. Grzegorz Malachowski, General Manager of NSP Poland, and his team are also undertaking efforts on the ground in Poland to support refugees who have been forced from their homes in Ukraine. Malachowski and his team have set up local efforts to support SOS Children Villages, which has launched an emergency response to provide food, supplies and support to children and their families who have fled from Ukraine. The Impact Foundation will be matching all donations raised by employees and distributors in Poland.
