In April, Nature’s Sunshine leaders and consultants from across the United States came together in Salt Lake City, Utah for the Nature’s Sunshine Summit.

During their visit, the consultants and leaders dedicated time to give back with the Impact Foundation. Together, an estimated 300 volunteers packed 2,500 meal kits for children experiencing malnutrition and food-scarcity. Each meal kit contained two days of meals and snacks to help students experiencing hunger on the weekend, when many children face empty plates at home.

These kits are distributed to students across the Granite School District with the help of our partners at the Granite Education Foundation. School teachers, principals, and social workers then help identify and provide these packaged meal kits to hungry students across the Granite School District.
